Winning an Acorn this year is an absolute honour, and something I’ve worked for since the early days of my career. I’m really proud to join such an exclusive club of some industry legends.

I could not be more honoured and humbled to be part of the prestigious Acorn family; such a respected group of professionals whose success in the industry is incredibly inspirational. Winning this award is a professional dream come true and makes me more determined than ever to reach my future goals despite the challenging times.

Winning a 2020 Acorn Award was a milestone in my professional career and has been a wonderful experience from the start. The industry exposure from winning has not only been supportive to my development, professional network and career but it has also highlighted the outstanding Company I work for, leaf HOSPITALITY. The Acorn Awards have always been something to strive towards in any young hospitality professionals career . The year 2020 brought a great deal of sadness to our beloved industry however winning a acorn award was a career highlight. The pride of being recognised alongside 29 other people as talented hospitality individuals was overwhelming and cemented my love and passion for the industry.
