Criteria for nominating an entrant for the 2024 Acorns are;

  • Entrants must be an operator in the hospitality industry
  • Entrants must be under the age of 30 by 10 June 2024
  • Entrants must be available to attend the winners' weekend at the Belfry Hotel & Resort on Sunday 9 & Monday 10 June 2024.


ENTRIES CLOSE ON WEDNESDAY 21 FEBRUARY 2024 at 5pm

*The cost for accommodation at the Belfry Hotel & Resort is at the nominee's expense and/or of their nominating company. However, a discounted accommodation rate will be advised to all 30 winners.

Winning an Acorn Award is a huge honour. After such a turbulent time for our industry, it was an amazing achievement to be named among 29 other talented people as a rising star and is the highlight of my career to date. My network has extended immensely, and I met some fantastic people during the winners’ weekend.
